REAR GARDEN: 1 x Elder (Sambucus nigra) (T215) - Coppice. 1 x Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) (T202) - Fell to ground level 1 x Tree of Heaven (Ailanthus altissima) - Fell ground level. 1 x Indian Bean (Catalpa bignoniodes) (T208) - Reduce crown by specified extent - reducing the height by around 2.5m to reduce loading on the decay column identified within the stem and manage the tree at reduced proportions within the garden.
