P26/S3738/TPO - Works to TPO Approved

Proposal

T1 Ash - Reduce the height and spread of the southern and eastern crown by up to 1.25 metres, pruning back to approximately the previous reduction points. The crown is currently squat in form, with the majority of growth extending laterally to the northwest and northeast; selectively reduce these areas by up to 2 metres to rebalance the crown and create a more uniform shape. Ensure finishing cuts do not exceed 80mm in diameter. Additionally, remove deadwood throughout the crown and crown lift over the lawn area to achieve approximately 3 metres clearance above ground level. The purpose of these works is to continue the ongoing crown management and create a smaller, less sporadic and better-balanced crown form suited to the current domestic setting. Data via plota.co.uk

Checked on 6 October 2026. The pin for this application is the centre of its postcode rather than the building, so distances to nearby designations are measured from the postcode and can be out by the width of the postcode area. A boundary can run through a site and the council holds the definitive record: confirm with the council before relying on this.
