Proposal
(T1) Oak Reduce the height and overall crown spread by approximately 2–3 metres, with selective crown rebalancing to restore a more even and balanced structure. A large limb has previously failed from the tree, causing significant damage to the garages below and leaving the remaining crown noticeably unbalanced. The proposed reduction will help to restore balance, reduce excessive end weight and assist in maintaining the tree’s long-term health and structural stability. There is also a large limb extending over the new garages which contains a significant cavity. Due to its position directly above the garage roofs, it is recommended that this limb is removed back to the main trunk to eliminate the immediate risk of further limb failure and potential damage to the buildings below. Remove major deadwood throughout the crown where appropriate to reduce the risk of falling branches and improve overall safety. Data via plota.co.uk
