TPO420 T3 - Horse Chestnut: Crown lift to previous topping/pruning point of approximately 4.5m. T6 - Oak: Remove epicormic shoots on the stem up to 4m above ground level and remove low-hanging foliage to provide approximately 3m clearance over the public footpath. T13 - Horse Chestnut: Crown lift to approximately 3m, then cut back/reduce to previous pollard points at approximately 5m above ground level. T14 - Horse Chestnut: Crown lift to approximately 4m, then cut back/reduce to previous pollard points at approximately 5m above ground level. The proposed works are required as part of ongoing arboricultural management at Helena Court. The works will manage regrowth from previously topped/pollarded Horse Chestnut trees, maintain appropriate clearance over the public footpath, remove low-level obstruction and epicormic growth, and retain the trees in a safe and controlled form within the site and conservation-area setting.
