26/00702/TC - Tree Works in Conservation Area Pending Consideration

Proposal

At this point, I'm unsure where to attach the supporting photographs. I would like to remove the remaining eucalyptus tree (highlighted with a blue circle on the previous application). When the tree surgeon visited, they recommended that it be removed because it has been damaged and is causing issues. I am not sure of the type of tree highlighted with the red circle, but I would like to remove it because its roots are now affecting the fence. I would like to heavily reduce the plum tree highlighted with the green circle. This is to help with ongoing maintenance, as branches are overhanging both my shed and my neighbour's shed.
