Variation of condtion 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission 22/04060/FUL to create a slurry lagoon 53m x 23m The original planning application consisted of a slurry lagoon. Soon after, a DEFRA run grant scheme was unveiled that will partially fund the construction of the lagoon. An application for funding was made and just over two years later, the application was approved. To qualify for grant funding, the proposed store requires amending. Now that a Grant funding Agreement has been signed, the applicant wishes to amend the planning to be in-line with the grant funding requirements. Proposed is a variation to condition 2 of application 22/04060/FUL to substitute drawings OT102-1, OT102-2 and OT102-3 with drawings RF140-1, RF140-2 and RF140-3. Data via plota.co.uk
