A pronounced lean and asymmetrical growth habit, resulting in a heavily weighted crown. General indications of poor health and declining condition. The presence of fungal fruiting bodies, together with visible structural defects, suggests that deterioration is affecting the tree's stability and structural integrity. The tree has recently been inspected by a professional tree surgeon who advised that the tree is diseased, structurally compromised and potentially dangerous.
