BY REMOVING THESE TREE'S IT WOULD MITIGATE THE RISK OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE FOUNDATIONS AND WALL ITSELF. DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THESE TREES, REPLANTING WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE. REASONING FOR T3 - TREE IS SITUATED ALONG THE BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY AND IS ENCROACHING HEAVILY ON NEIGHBORING PROPERTY "FAR HOUSE". BY REDUCING THE TREE THIS WILL KEEP THE 3RD PARTY HAPPY AND ENABLE FUTURE HEALTHY GROWTH AND A PRUNING MANAGEMENT SCHEME BEFORE THE TREE IS TOO LARGE. Data via plota.co.uk
