Proposal

Tree cutting required on behalf of Openreach to allow new overhead fibre cable to be installed between telecoms poles outside of Station Garage and #9 Elm Grove. Access channel to be cleared through the tree canopies to allow cable to pass through. There is a telecoms pole on the footpath outside of 9 Elm Grove Road that they require hoist access to the top of the pole to install new cables. They are looking for us to fully expose the pole but the trees in the front garden of 7 and 9 have covered the majority of the pole. The branches directly affecting the pole would need to be pruned back to give access, we would not be looking to carry out any felling or excessive clearance.
