26/00631/TPO - Tree Preservation Order Pending Consideration

Proposal

To Remove one (multi stemmed) Ash tree bordering Green Lane West at Lanes Vets. The Practice has had multiple complaints of damage to customers vehicle form falling debris. This is from both dead wood and dead ivy that was growing (now severed) within the canopy. The tree is blocking a substantial amount of light within several consultation rooms making them very dark. I propose it is removed and possibly replaced with a verity such as Rowan or Whitebeam but set a little further back from the road and car park. Data via plota.co.uk
