SIDE GARDEN: 1 x London Plane (T1) - Reduce overall crown by up to approx. 2.5m, pruning back to suitable secondary growth points whilst retaining the tree's established structure. REAR GARDEN: 1 x Grandiflora (T2) - Reduce overall crown by approx. 1m, selectively pruning to suitable growth points to improve symmetry and crown balance. 2 x Cypress (T3 & T4) - Reduce overall height by up to approx. 3m and lateral growth by up to approx. 1m. The works will be undertaken selectively to retain effective screening, while creating a balanced and symmetrical appearance across the two trees. 1 x Mature Lime (T5) - Re-pollard to established historical pollarding points by up to approx. 2.5m, retaining the existing primary framework and suitable furnishing growth where practicable. 1 x Maple (T8) - Reduce the overall crown by approximately 2 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points whilst retaining a balanced, naturally furnished crown structure. 1 x Honey Locust (T9) - Removal of selected defective branches 1 x Holly (T11) - Reduce the overall crown by approx. 1m to create a rounded, balanced crown. 4 x Silver Birch Saplings (T12 - T15) - Fell to ground level. 1 x Cherry Plum (T16) - Reduce overall crown by approx. 1m, pruning back to suitable growth points.
