Informative A: the proposed 4x replacement trees for T4,T8,T11,T12 are hugely appreciated for amenity, wildlife and shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change and to enable children to play and experience wildlife in a green vegetated garden environment. Informative B: the replacement species of whitebeam, and cherry plum or Acer griseum are greatly welcomed, other suitable species include such as crab apple, common pear, quince (Cydonia oblonga). Informative C: the landowner has a duty to plant another tree of an appropriate size and species when a tree is removed in a conservation area because it is dead or presents an immediate risk of serious harm. Ref. Tree Preservation Orders and trees in conservation areas, guidance, para 121. Informative D: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity. Data via plota.co.uk
