The application site is located within the Suffolk and Essex Coast and Heaths National Landscape, and within the Reydon settlement boundary and established employment area Reydon Business Park.”

“2.Site Description 2.1.The site is situated within the Reydon Business Park on an area of verge between Fountain Way to the south and light industrial buildings, currently in use for car servicing, to the north. There are further buildings forming part of the industrial estate to the south of Fountain Way. The site is largely open being a simple grassed verge, with a single tree located to the west of the application site and gorse bushes beyond this.”
