It is the only tree on this, the northern side of Ben Venue Close, and is clearly visible on entering the close from Middle Warberry Road. it has major basal decay, and clear evidence of ongoing infection by Honey-Fungus (Armillaria mellea Agg.) It has 2 dwellings and an historic listed structure - the garden pavilion, listed as grade II as a listed structure, as its targets. The tree is to be sectionally dismantled and removed.
