Spruce showing heavy movement in upper canopy which is not protected by tree line. Propose to reduce height by 6m effectively reducing the "sail effect" for stability, protecting nearby structures from damage. Resinosis apparent on a large wound at about 4m and also multiple other places. Ground conditions around the base of the tree are wet and soft all year round given its location, the ground isnt firm so higher risk of blowing over. Canopy is in good condition.
