DC/100324 - Works To Trees Covered By A TPO Registered

Proposal

The trees have grown too tall and large for their location. Due to their close proximity to each other, they are overlapping branches, causing damage to neighbouring trees and restricting growth development of the smaller trees. We would like to reduce height and side growth by pruning them back to where they have previously been pruned in April 2021, October 2014 and September 2024 to reduce height, damage and restrictions to adjoining trees while maintaining shape and health of each tree. This will be done by a professional commercial tree pruning contractor. See attached plan of trees as a jpeg file. TPO 145E. Data via plota.co.uk

Site constraints 8

Coal mining development high risk area
Recorded coal mining features at or near the surface. Most planning applications here need a coal mining risk assessment.
From the Mining Remediation Authority, formerly the Coal Authority. The development high risk area marks recorded coal mining features at or near the surface: mine shafts and adits, shallow workings, mine gas and former opencast sites. Most planning applications there need a coal mining risk assessment; householder applications, changes of use and some minor works are exempt. Mine entry positions come from old plans and can be out by several metres, and unrecorded workings can exist anywhere in the coalfield.
