T4: Removal of a sycamore on the boundary. Having found the fruiting bodies of a kretschmaria deusta (a fungal pathogen) within the main stem ( see photographs 5 and 6 in the attached arboricultural impact assessment). T5 (TPO): Removal of a Sycamore on the boundary (T5) due to extensive decay caused by historical fire damage from an arson attack.
