Approximately 30% crown dieback with reduced foliar density throughout the remaining canopy. Significant structural dysfunction includes historic hazard-beam-type fracture characteristics to a secondary stem, existing dynamic cable bracing, historic crown reduction, codominant stem development with bark inclusion, and recurrent basal fungal activity.
