S/TPO/26/0935 - Tree Perservation Order Consent Pending

Proposal

Works to Trees with TPOBOS 2005-14 - T56 & T57 Cherry treesT53 - T54. - T54 Silver Birch, growing in close proximity to the old driveway and double gate. In competition with T53 and the underlying hedge, this tree has become tall and asymmetric. The new owners would like to replace the old fence and double gate to allow access into the garden and reinstate the now unused driveway as it once was. They would also like to create a new hedge line in this area once the fence and gate has been replaced. Request permission to fell T53 to ground level to reduce encroachment on T53 and create more space for the reinstatement of the fence, gate, driveway and hedge. - T53 Silver Birch, low branching is encroaching over the old driveway and cars are not currently able to park there. Request permission to raise low canopy by removing lower branches up to a height of 4m to reduce encroachment. Data via plota.co.uk
