Proposal
The tree species is difficult to identify-the gardener thinks it is an Oak, but we saw it in winter and the canopy looks more Beech like. It has significant damage to one stem-probably from a fire, and it has a large amount of squirrel damage to the branches. It is growing underneath the canopy of several other large deciduous and pine trees. It has two codominant stems. We want to fell the tree to a low stump. Data via plota.co.uk

Checked on 6 October 2026. The pin for this application is the centre of its postcode rather than the building, so distances to nearby designations are measured from the postcode and can be out by the width of the postcode area. Historic England, the Environment Agency, Natural England, the Planning Inspectorate and council datasets, Open Government Licence. A boundary can run through a site and the council holds the definitive record: confirm with the council before relying on this.
