Proposal
Notification under Section 211 for works to trees in a conservation area comprising Cherry (Prunus Avium) - Fell, remove and replace. Tree displays very poor form, forking from the base with a weak fork union and lesions on the main stem. Signs of dieback in the crown. Positioned adjacent to the wall which forms the boundary of the cemetery. A surface root extends towards this important wall and is in danger of compromising the stability of the wall. The above defects of the tree if allowed to grow further it may become hazardous. Replacement ornamental cherry to be planted as a standard tree, staked, tied and maintained including keeping the tree in a weed free condition and formative pruning to ensure the tree develops into a well formed specimen Data via plota.co.uk

The pin for this application is the centre of its postcode rather than the building, so distances to nearby designations are measured from the postcode and can be out by the width of the postcode area. A boundary can run through a site and the council holds the definitive record: confirm with the council before relying on this.
