T1 Oak (Quercus robur) Crown reduce by 1 to 1.5m in places cutting back to suitable growth points to maintain a natural crown shape and form. Crown thin by 10 to 20% to reduce wind sail and density, removing crossing, rubbing and epicormic growth throughout the crown. Crown lift to approximately 2m above ground level, removing lower lateral limbs back to the trunk or a suitable growth point, to improve clearance. The current height is approximately 10 meters from ground level with a 6 meter radial spread. We will reduce in height by no more than 9 meters and radial spread will be reduced no more than 5 metres Works to be carried out in accordance with BS3998:2010 (Tree Work Recommendations).
