Proposal

G1 Cedar & Cypress - To fell Cedar and adjacent Cypress trees as near to ground level as possible. Both trees appear to be in decline and have been monitored over the past year. Both have continued to show lower vitality and are bearing less and less leaves. T1 Monkey Puzzle - To fell Monkey puzzle to near ground level removing all arisings. This tree is very close to the house making it unsuitable for long term retention and is not in keeping with the surrounding native trees and woodland. T2 Oak - Large diameter Oak on rear boundary, reduce large diameter deadwood by up to 4m in length to stabilise and reduce the chance of failure. (Exempt works). H1 - Remove all front boundary Conifer hedging grinding all stumps and visible roots in the lawn to leave a border ready for replanting. Data via plota.co.uk
