Works to include removal, alteration and replacement of fixed furniture in the Court Rooms, removal of doors, removal of internal walls, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, new external plant equipment, alterations to windows, alterations to the front entrance steps and installation of new external ramped access, repair and refurbishment works.
