I bought Flat 4 110 Comiston Road on 10th July 2026 and I am notifying you and ask for prior approval that I will reinstate the original wooden sash window design throughout the property and replace the current UPVC windows at the property. The current windows open fully (swing) and are not the original opening method as should be in sash windows. I have a quote from "Edinburgh Sash and Case Company", and have already paid for the initial work of making the windows from scratch.
