T1 Monkey puzzle tree: remove tree. In order to ensure there is no long term loss of amenity value as required by S.197 of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) and to adhere to the Hackney Local Plan 2033 policy LP51 B, a replacement tree will be planted in the front garden. The new tree will be Standard size (8-1 cm) girth, 2.00- 2.5m height, a native species or one known to provide benefits to local wildlife, climate resilient, and a species which is not considered invasive in Hackney. The replacement tree shall be planted during the planting season at the time of felling (end October - end March) or during the next immediately available planting season.
