Description
T1 - Holm Oak Proposed Works: Reduce the holm oak back to the existing pollard points, removing approximately 4 metres of height and reducing the lateral branch spread by approximately 2-3 metres in order to retain the established pollard form and maintain the tree at an appropriate size for its location. Reason for Works: Routine maintenance of a previously pollarded tree. The proposed works will increase light levels to the school buildings and playground area, maintain the tree within its available growing space, and reduce the likelihood of branch failure associated with weakly attached regrowth arising from the previous pollard points.
