Radial reduction of northern canopy of the 3x trees by approximately 3-4m as appropriate where they overhang the footpath and rear boundary of 61 Lincoln Road. T4 - Sycamore: mature tree with branches overhanging the northern boundary of Simpson's beauty spa and its infrastructure. Radial reduction of southern canopy by approximately 3 m and removal of dead wood. T5-T6 - Limes: mature trees with branches overhanging the northern boundary of Simpsons Beauty Spa and its infrastructure, with evidence of areas of crown dieback in the upper canopy. Radial reduction of protruding parts of the southern canopy by approximately 3m and removal of dead wood. T7 - Pine: Mature woodland edge tree with branches overhanging buildings and infrastructure belonging to Simpsons Beauty Spa.
