26/00578/TPO - Consent for Works to Preserved Trees Awaiting decision

Proposal

T1 - Ash (Young) (L1/W4) - Section fell tree to ground level. Reasons: This Tree has clear signs of Ash die back and is in decline. This tree is approx 20ft tall. T2 - Beech (L1/W4) - Perform a whole crown reduction by removing up to 2.5m of growth radially and remove deadwood. Reasons: The tree is located very close to the property and is situated in a busy and well used area of the garden. The canopy overhangs the property by 1.5m - 2m and is causing upset with home owner with constant battle of light being blocked out of the property. Reduce amount of leaf fall in rear garden and on building and to reduce the amount of deadwood falling near the property on a regular basis. I am looking to minimize the reasons above and create a better way of life for my client. Data via plota.co.uk
