T11 (sycamore): Re-prune lateral limbs within 1 metre of power line to previous pruning points. Remove 2 x lowest limbs over pavement. T12 (hornbeam): Remove low lateral limbs to parent stem up to 4 metres above ground level to prevent immediate and longer term conflict with power line.
