Reason: Reduce leverage and weight on unstable slope edge above house, give more light and space for ongoing garden restoration works. G2; Holm oak x3 - Remove (see photo attached). Reason: Benefit best remaining Holm Oak tree .Sound arboricultural management and for ongoing garden restoration works. T3 & T4; Holly - Remove. Reason: Poor specimens and in general decline. Remove for ongoing garden restoration works and give space for better adjacent young Turkey Oak. G3; Holm oak x3 - Remove (see photo attached). Reason: To benefit the best remaining Holm Oak tree. Sound arboricultural management and for ongoing garden restoration works. T5; Holm Oak - Remove 2-3 lowest limbs. Reason: To improve form. T6; Holm Oak - remove for future replanting with shelter and screening hedge for ongoing garden restoration works. T7; Turkey Oak -remove for future problems and wall damage., unsuitable tree within it's position and close to the driveway retaining wall that requires repairing and restoration. T8; Hawthorn - Remove for ongoing garden restoration works.
