Description

The tree is identified as T138 in the approved Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Tree Condition Survey produced by ‘Ruskins Tree Consultancy’ in April 2020 ref. 0420-8121 Rev1. The tree a cat C2 oak is shown in the photos contained in the ACD report and is located north of the electricity substation on the access to the residential development of Palm Hills. It is recommended that the tree is removed as soon as possible with sections of deadwood located above the footpath and in proximity to the road. A replacement semi mature tree is proposed in its place. The replacement tree is not proposed in the same location due to the potential of ‘sudden oak death’ affecting the new oak, so instead we have shown a replacement semi mature Lime in the same location.
