This stem is to be reduced down to the lowest growth point, to where the structural integrity of the timber improves. The remaining lowest limb is to be reduced by 50% to remove the wind sail effect from extended limb. Failure to do these works will cause the stem to fail, which may result significant harm to the surrounding area, properties and or life to the public.
