Group of Magnolia Grandiflora (G1) - Reduce main hedge height by approx. 1.2m - 1.4m as is practicable whilst preserving a reasonably formal hedge height line. Reduce lateral and sub lateral growth front over No.15 and back over neighbouring garden and basement back to previous and most recent reduction points approximately 1.2m. Thin upper crown structure by up to 20%. 1 x Cherry (T9) - Reduce lateral and sub lateral branches and branch tips which protrudes from the trees main crown structure over the Mulberry, Bay tree and towards the building (up to approx. 1.2m.
