Proposal

T1 Oak Remove to The tree works are proposed to stop the influence of the tree(s) on the soil below building foundation level and provide long term stability.to 14 Heathfield Road Redditch B97 5SQ Estimated costs of repair to the building are ?63360.00 if the influence of the tree(s) remain and ?4,225.10 if the proposed tree works are allowed to proceed. Granting permission will limit these costs. In the event of a refusal we, or our clients, will seek to secure compensation for the additional costs incurred through Section 202(e). Should the tree/s remain the total cost of repairs will be the Superstructural repairs + Alternative method of repairs = ?67585.10 It is the expert opinion of both the case engineer and arboriculturalist that on the balance of probabilities the supporting information demonstrates the influence of the tree(s). Note: Further monitoring results may be submitted if these become available during the course of this application. Data via plota.co.uk

Site constraints 4

Local nature reserve 118 m away: Redditch Woods: Pitcheroak Wood
Work nearby can need a habitats assessment.
Harm to a protected site is only accepted where there is no alternative and an overriding public interest.
Public footpath 25 m away
Matters where it crosses or adjoins the site: obstructing a path without a diversion order is an offence, and work cannot start until the order is confirmed.
Compiled from highway authority data, not the legal definitive map. A few authorities have not published, so no path shown is not proof there is none.
Habitat network: Network Enhancement Zone 2
Where habitat is joined up enough to work as a network. Context, not a constraint on its own.
