Lime (T1) - Pollard to secondary union at approximately 30 feet from ground level to reduce the risk of primary union, which appears to be a poor junction and potential hazard that encourages rot and decay to fail. The trees location close to the railway line and well used footpath is a concern for residents who not want to lose the tree due to its own failure supporting an increasingly impressive canopy.
