The whole project is a refurbishment of the property, we would like to replace existing very poorly built conservatory with an exactly same size extension. Also the entrance to the property is chaotic at the moment the only entrance is through the garden gate to the conservatory and after to the kitchen.To make a proper confortable entrance we would like to add a little porch.
