Notification of intent to Fell No. 1 Tree within a Conservation Area. T1 - Sycamore tree. Half the tree completely dead no leaves and no bark on the top half of the tree. Tree is right on edge of steep bank going down to the road through pitcombe with houses on the other side, and a large power line which services pitcombe. Tree is serious need of reduction and then removal the bottom half of the tree is stable but showing signs of bark peeling.
