G1 - Veteran Horse Chestnut x 2 (The trees are situated within a neighbouring property) - sympathetic crown reduction of up to 2m on the south-east side to suitable growth points, where possible, in accordance with BS standards. The aim of these works is to reduce encroachment, dominance, and sail, while also removing major deadwood from within No. 38 boundary only.
