Proposal

FRONT: ONE Laburnum (T1)(ht.9m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 2m to 7m from 9m. SPREAD by 2m to 6m from 8m. Reason: reduction to shape canopy, pruning to suitable points and maintaining natural aesthetic. REAR: ONE dead Cherry (T2)(ht.5m) FELL. Duty to replace applies. Reason: the tree has died, another cherry will be planted as a replacement. Informative B: the landowner has a duty to plant another tree of an appropriate size and species when a tree is removed in a conservation area because it is dead or presents an immediate risk of serious harm. Ref. Tree Preservation Orders and trees in conservation areas, guidance, para 121. Informative C: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity and create hedgehog highway holes in garden boundaries. Informative D: thank you for retaining other trees for amenity, wildlife, to reduce increasingly hot summer temperatures with climate change, and flood mitigation. Data via plota.co.uk
