26/00506/TW - Tree Works to TPO Approved

Proposal

T1; Oak (Quercus robur) - Remove to ground level. Reason: Close proximity to other trees preventing them to mature and poor growth structure. Removal will provide space for surrounding trees to mature and allow light to pass through to property between other trees. T2; Oak (Quercus robur) - Epicormic removed and a reduction of 1.2 - 1.5 metres all around. Reason: Reduce the overhang to the nearby properties as the client feel enclosed and allow more light to pass through the canopy into the gardens. T3; Oak (Quercus robur) - Remove to ground level. Reason: Close proximity to other trees preventing them to mature and poor growth structure. Removal will provide space for surrounding trees to mature and allow light to pass through to property between other trees. T4; Oak (Quercus robur) - Epicormic removed and a reduction of 1.2 metres all around, and a 2 metre reduction on over extended limb to maintain a balanced shape and improve future growth structure. Reason: Reduce the overhang to the nearby properties as the clients feel enclosed and allow more light to pass through the canopy into the gardens and improve future growth structure with over extended limbs. T5; Goat willow (at the base of oaks) Remove to ground level. Reason: Allow light to pass through between trees.
