Remove lower and middle height limbs of Eucalyptus at front of property where it overhangs grass and gravel parking area. Crown lift Cypress on northern boundary by approximately 2.5 metres above ground level. Remove dead Twisted Willow on northern boundary. Reduce Laurel and other small trees and shrubs on northern boundary to between 2.5 and 3 metres in height and approximately 1.5 metres in width. Reduce Plum, Apple and Fig on northern boundary at rear of property by one third. Reduce Laurel hedge on southern boundary by one third.
