Description
T6 - Cherry. This is a relatively small cherry located above the driveway of the property. It has undergone repeated historical pruning, presumably due to the low overhanging foliage above both driveway and pavement. The tree is causing an issue for the residents as the stem restricts the available width of the driveway, so much so that it would not be possible to fit a pushchair out of the driveway past a parked car. Our client is concerned that this may become an issue in the future. The driveway is only just long enough to fit 2 cars nose to tail and there is no provision to park nearby at the roadside. It would be greatly beneficial to our client, for the tree and the short section of privet hedge at the front of the driveway to be removed, giving them significantly more width to be able to safely access the property whilst having vehicles parked safely off the road.
