1. Cypress rear garden RHS - Fell to as close to ground level as possible 10x4m tree in decline. 2. Ash group rear boundary (9 central stems) - Fell to as close to ground level as possible 20x4m each tree ADB in decline. 3. Weeping Ash rear boundary LHS - Carefully dismantle retaining a 5 metre tall stem using the adjacent tree as an anchor 16x8m tree in decline. 4. Hazel LHS of house - Coppice at 1 metre 7x4m encroaching on neighbouring property. 5. Holly LHS of house - Carefully climb and dismantle to as close to ground level as possible 14x8m tree in decline encroaching on building. 6. Yew LHS of house - Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to half a metre. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth 4x4m down to 3.5x3.5. 7. Bay front RHS - Remove major deadwood greater than 25mm diameter, Trim encroachment over path and reduce from road by up to 1 metre, reduce encroachment toward building by up to 1 metre and remove Wisteria growing in to the tree 14x10m down to 14x8m encroaching on building and road… Data via plota.co.uk
