“The site is located to the east of Sherwood Lane, at the end of the cul-de-sac, within the garden of existing detached dwellinghouse Prospect Villa, which can be accessed from both St Lawrence Close and Sherwood Lane. The site contains an existing parking area and a single storey garage, which it is proposed to demolish. The site is not within a conservation area and does not contain any listed buildings. The surrounding area is predominantly residential in character.”
