“Considerations The Site The site, known as South Stirling Gateway, extends to approximately 37.86 hectares and is located to the south west of Bannockburn. The site includes Pirnhall Road, from its junction with the A872 (Glasgow Road), opposite the Pirnhall Inn at its southern end, to the junction with the A91, at the north east site boundary. The site lies to the north, east and south of Cat Craig, but excludes Cat Craig itself.”
