The site comprised three plots containing shops, homes, a pub, a car park and Margaret House, beside Guy Street Park and mixed residential and commercial areas.

“Plot 2 sits at the centre of the Site on the eastern side of Kipling Street. It comprises an 8-storey commercial public car park operated by NCP, which is bound by Snowsfields to the north, Margaret House (Plot 3) to the east, Guy Street Park to the south which is designated Borough Open Plan and features mature London Plane trees established near the site boundary, and Kipling Street to the west.”

“Plot 3 is situated on the eastern part of the Site. It comprises ‘Margaret House’, a 3-storey building located at 19 Weston Street and 111 Snowsfields.
