The vacant former agricultural site covers about 6.03 hectares, lies beside Fossetts Way and adjoins a Scheduled Monument and other development sites.
“The site is to the south and west of Fossetts Way. It is currently undeveloped, vacant land historically used for agricultural purposes. To the immediate north of the site is Fossetts Way; to the immediate east is a Medieval Green Lane with Fossetts Way beyond. To the south is a large circular enclosure, known as Prittlewell Camp, a Scheduled Monument (SM). To the west of the site is undeveloped, vacant, previously agricultural land.”
