“The site is currently an agricultural field at the northern end of the Cot Hill development site covering approximately 6.5Ha. The site slopes gently downwards from northwest to southeast from a height of approximately 78m down to 60m; a fall of about 10% across the site. A typical wheelchair ramp is normally 10-12% for reference.”
