The Site is currently occupied by existing care home facility buildings ranging from 1 to 3 storeys in height.”

The Site is within a designated Conservation Area; Streatham High Road and Streatham Hill (CA54), and the Grade II* listed Church of English Martyrs and Grade II listed St Leonard’s Church are sited east and northeast (respectively) of the Site. Two trees on the eastern boundary are protected under Tree Preservation Orders (TPO).”
